Dr Roohollah B Mahani
Managing Director
Roohollah has over 35 years of experience in academic life as well as in the business sector. He received his PhD in Civil Engineering from UMIST and also worked at the University of Manchester from 1981, after which he moved to City University in London in 1983. Following his academic career he went into industry and by 1986 he has been the technical director, project director and managing director of three successful companies involved in various consultancy ventures. Although his specialty is Civil engineering, from his other businesses he gained a great deal of knowledge and experience in the Energy sector and especially in the Oil & Gas industries. He has a great experience in Oil & Gas Risk assessment and one of the projects he is now working on is the reliability analysis of Jack-ups. In order to broaden his management experience, he attended an MBA course from the University of Hertfordshire and obtained an Executive MBA in 2004. He is currently a visiting research fellow at the chemical engineering department of Brunel University London.

Kevin McLoughlin
Finance Manager
Kevin has over 35 years’ experience in Civil Engineering, finance and Project Management. He graduated in Civil Engineering and whilst obtaining his professional qualification, MICE, he worked for many major contractors, including George Wimpey, Richard Costain and Johnston construction as a senior manager, involved in management and procurement. He has also worked as project leader for many large projects in the Middle East, which involved management, finance and procurement, including living in Iraq whilst managing a technology transfer project. He is widely travelled in the Middle East, Europe and North and South America and has gained much experience in business ventures in various countries and because of this that he is now promoting many of Belmore Technology projects worldwide.

Dr Pouyan T Sardari
Technical Director
Dr Pouyan Sardari is currently a Senior research fellow in the Faculty of Engineering, University of Nottingham. Pouyan received his B.Sc. (2008), M.Sc. (2011) and PhD (2016) in Mechanical Engineering. His current research interests include thermal management of batteries and electric motors, Computational fluid dynamics, phase change materials, energy storage, two-phase flow, particle deposition and dispersion, turbulent flows, heat and mass transfer, and pollution control. So far, he has published more than 150 ISI papers and participated in more than 10 industrial projects. He is also among the top 2% of scientists worldwide in 2020-2021.

More than forty years experience in design of onshore and offshore facilities, pipelines, quantitative methods, risk & reliability based design, multivariable decision making, probabilistic risk analyses, reliability analysis, risk mitigation, fire & explosion risk assessment and design, design target setting ( design philosophies and design briefs), reliability based life extension of aging pipelines and structures, general safety and structural engineering, research, QRA, earthquake resistant design and specialised non-linear dynamic analysis, safety cases. Sirous is professor Emeritus at Brunel University London and currently his research include Hydrogen Storage tank and pipeline
